always blue for you ~

para tu

blue
for you
as the
sky is
never
fading
scripting
clouds of
poems
above
bodies of water
falling asleep
inside
your love
rising on your
warm shore
moist
i want to
be blue in
your love as
the sky
never fading
her blue
always
waiting
in love with
the slow
descent into
your arms
kisses like
lightning
clear to my toes
your voice
a memory deep
i was unaware
of until my
heart lept

to your music
blue as the sky
never fading
rising at night
to fall again
beside you
and i vow to
be still
silent
surrending
to all you are
and want
me to be
always
blue
and
in love
until the
blue sky
fades away ...

Oh, just gorgeous, and falling asleep inside someone's love is almost too beautiful to take...it almost hurts...

a treasure, Cynthia!

Hi Calli, yes that has to be the
ultimate of love and safety while
also being thrilling. Thank you!

We have just such a sky in our heaven over here today. So blue it takes your breath away, cloudless and warm. I went out for a walk and felt completely wrapped in blue!

The sky is such a gift. OOzes love.
Thank you Aggie!

Is it only me who sees an innuendo hidden in the choice of the word 'blue'?

Beauty of its being ever blue as a colour and also some sadness that is a constant alongside too... the same with the kisses like lightening... the kisses are not always soft and kind but sometimes fervent in their quest to get more out of u... something that humanly u are unable to always offer?

May be im jst interpretting this in an entirely differently vein, perhaps :)

nevertheless... it was graphically explicit, as always! Thats wat i love abt ur style :)

what a waterfall of a poem!

Cynthia said...

Oh my gosh Hayaah! You are so on-target, blue as in melancholy - yes
that tinge of melancholy is there.
Kisses like lightning - yes again,
wild kisses that demand a shuddering reponse - kissing with
intent. Thank you so much Hayaah
for sharing your interpretation!

Hi Mystic Rose, thank you!

Gosh what beautiful, beautiful imagery - and love - yet indeed a touch of sadness and gloom too.

ooo ...

yeyyy for not feeling wierd anymore!

I so was on a different plane based on other comments, I was wondering if i was totally off...

I genuinely felt the melancholic underlining vividly!

And ure most welcome! 0= )

Glad to share...

Interpretations can sometimes get really interesting cos the reader may be on a different plane and show u what u urself did not intend wile writing... thats wat i find really intriguing :D

What everyone has said and more! The lay out makes the read so slow and gentle too. Beautiful, you.

Hi Sarah, thank you - I hoped the
form of the poem would reflect
gentleness.
