A clever haiku.

I feel that transparency is a gift. To share sadness, or any emotion, helps others to see they are not alone in theirs. It breaks down barriers and assumptions. Creates victories...yes!

Please excuse, but

wow

!

This surely provides many thoughts; and yes, sharing weight surely makes it less. Impressed, impressed. Thank you.

Sadness
Is not
Like a poison
I believe
It is more
A bitter bitter fruit
That must
Be eaten for
The necessary nourishment
It provides....

Shared sadness is enriching and proof we are possessed of hearts. :) Nice!
